An ADSL internet connection consists out of several parts. Not all parts are the responsibility of your Internet Service Provider, but can for example be the responsibility of your phone company (or maybe your own or your landlord's responsibility)!

In the next articles we'll try to explain who is responsible for what, how you can check where the problems are, and maybe how you can resolve some of those problems without having to call customer service, with the inherent communication/language hurdles and waits!
